Dr. Mike Martin directs the music ministry of GBC. The adult choir is the centerpiece of the church’s music ministry. Each Sunday they lead the church in a call to worship and special music. They also prepare for and perform cantatas at both Easter and Christmas. God has blessed the church with some very talented instrumentalists, including Glen Doris Buchanan (organist), Sharon Seals (keyboard), and Linda Shockley (pianist).

Not only does the Music Ministry include adult choir, but Mike also leads the handbell choir. They have participated in handbell festivals at Carson-Newman College, performed in sister churches, and have faithful used their talents during worship at GBC.
